Why i love it...

I must have only been about 6 or 7 when i first watched Barbarella, I felt like i was watching something naughty at the time lol. I remember thinking "i want to be like her when i grow up"...hmm well that didn't quite happen! but i've still got a fair few years ahead of me yet haha!
Well, I finally got the dvd two years ago on my 16th birthday and i must have watched it over a million times since then.

I love everything about it! The music, the dialogue, THE CAST, Barbarella's outfits - oh just everything!

For the past couple of years i have been reading about this big hollywood remake that is suppose to be happening - I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN !!!!! In my eyes there is only one Barbarella and she is played by Jane Fonda. Jane fits the bill perfectly and in my opinion no one can beat her...Jane has an amazing voice and she isn't overtly sexual...she has an innocents to her, kinda like Marilyn Monroe had. It's not just about having a good body! She's an amazing actress.
